Kipe Technology Resources is proud to support Oregon Food Bank with annual donations in honor of our clients. Oregon Food Bank recovers food from farmers, manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, individuals and government sources. It then distributes that food to 20 regional food banks across Oregon. OFB directly operates four regional food banks serving the Portland metro area, Tillamook and southeast Oregon. Those four centers distribute food weekly to more than 340 food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters and other programs helping low-income individuals in Clackamas, Clark, Multnomah, Washington, Tillamook, Malheur and Harney counties. OFB also works to eliminate the root causes of hunger through advocacy, nutrition education, learning gardens and public education.

Pacific Northwest Search and Rescue (PNWSAR) is an all volunteer non-profit organization dedicated to providing Search and Rescue assistance for people who are lost or injured out of doors. The organization provides ground search teams and other types of assistance to the official agencies responsible for search and rescue activities in the region. Team members maintain high levels of training in all areas related to wilderness rescue, survival and navigation, and respond when called by the Sheriff any time, any day, any location, in any weather.

PNWSAR members do not charge for their services and are not paid for their time. They are on 24-hour standby, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The team is highly skilled in ground-based search and rescue techniques, dedicating at least one weekend a month to training, and countless hours each year on actual searches.
